Raw mango instant pickle

Raw mangoes pickle is everyone’s favourite. We wait for a year for them to arrive.

This recipe is made in 10 min and hardly needs time to mature.

Instant Mango Pickle

This recipe of mine is dedicated to my both daughters
Preparation time- 15 minutes | Serves- 5

  • 1/2 kg raw mangoes
  • 1tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 turmeric powder
  • 1/4tsp mustard seed
  • Salt to taste


  1. Cut raw mangoes into small pieces.
  2. Take oil in pan for tempering ,add mustard seeds, as they splutter add the spices
  3. Mix this tempering to the mangoes and mix well
  4. It keeps well for 10 days in an air tight container in the fridge.
