Grilled Pepper Pizza

I just love pizza, as I have a weakness of pizza ,so today I would like to share a recipe of my elder daughter, who is so close to me.
Preparation time – 45 minutes
Serves – 3
Method
Sauce:
500 gms tomatoes- pureed
10-12 fresh basil leaves
salt and pepper to taste
10 gms butter
Chopped garlic
olive oil
Topping:
bell peppers of all colors
cheese
salt and pepper
mozzarella cheese
fresh basil
Assembling:
Pizza base (whole wheat flour base)
butter
cheese spread
method-
1. Heat the butter in a thick bottom pan add the garlic. Now add the tomato puree and cook on a medium   heat until the butter floats on top. Season with salt and pepper and add basil leaves . Sauce is ready
2. In a dry heated non stick pan, add the peppers and let them blister. Add oil if needed.
3. heat oven to 220C. Apply some butter on the base then apply some cheese spread. Add a spoonful of sauce and arrange the peppers on top. Sprinkle some salt and pepper and cheese and bake for 12-14 minutes or until the cheese melts and bottom  of the base crisps.

Steamed salad . Breakfast

Today my recipe is for breakfast. The menu for today for is Poha, Steamed salad, & Mango Shake. The recipe today I am sharing is Steamed salad
Preparation time – 20 minutes
Serves – 3
Ingredients
200 gms whole moong dal sprouted
2 chopped onions
1 chopped green cucumber
2 chopped tomatoes
Salt & pepper to taste
Method
* Take oil in pan add 1,tsp jira put whole moong sprouts & take 2 whistles.
Now add chopped onions, cucumber & tomatoes.Mix well ,add salt & pepper & half lime juice.

Spicy Chicken Legs

Chicken I just love & relish it. This is my husband’s recipe, therefore  I dedicate my today’s dish to him only. This is a tangy & a dish full of flavours. Very simple, very easy to make & a lovely presentable dish , so here goes the recipe
Preparation time – 45 minutes
Serves– 3
Ingredients
3onions cut in juliens
2tbsp ginger garlic paste
20 pieces only chicken legs
4cloves
6 -10  peppercorns
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp dhania powder
Salt to taste
2cup whisked curd
1 tbsp garam masala

Method
* Take a handi ,put 4tbsp oil in it & put all the ingredients including chicken in it. Cook it till the chicken legs are tender, keep adding water accordingly, so that it is cooked well & all the masala sticks to the chicken.
* Serve hot with Chapati & enjoy

Sandwiches are loved by everyone ,so it is  I also love sandwich, main ingredient is bread,from this we can make different kind of sandwiches.
Today I share  a toasted  sandwich i.e.Tomato Open Sandwich. Here goes the recipe

Chocolate Vanilla Fudge

I just love cool cool ice cream in summers, & it is loved by everyone .My recipe today is Chocolate Vanilla Fudge. It is a blend of icecream, biscuits & chocolate syrup. I am very sure that everyone will definitely enjoy this Fudge., which is a good summer cooler too.

Preparation time- 10 minutes
Serves -4
Ingredients
1/2 brick Vanilla icecream
4 Marie biscuits crushed
4 tbsp chocolate syrup
Method
* Take a goblet ,first put 1crushed Marie biscuit , 2scoops of vanilla icecream, 1 tbsp chocolate syrup, again put some crushed biscuits, with 1scoop of icecream & little chocolate syrup. Your Fudge is ready

Lauki Kofta

My dish today is  Lauki ka kofta. Bottle gourd is lauki & kofta are dumplings made from lauki. This dish is relished by all. I am sharing this recipe , enjoy making  & relishing it too.
Preparation time– 30 minutes
Serves – 4
Ingredients
1/2 kg lauki / bottle gourd
3fresh tomato paste
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/4 tsp cornflour mixed with ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp garam masala
1tbsp besan
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Method
For dumplings
Grate lauki & add besan, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, little salt, mix well.
Take oil in pan , when heated make dumplings from the mixture & keep aside
For the gravy
Take 2 tbsp oil in pan, add tomato paste & ginger garlic paste, fry well,add1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, salt to taste.
Fry well then add 3 cups of water, boil well add the kofta & leave for half an hour
Serve hot with pulao or chapati

Cucumber Yogurt Peanut Dip

Cool cool cucumber Yogurt peanut dip is my today’s dish. As it is my Mom’s recipe ,therefore I dedicate this dish to her. As by it’s ne it is a cool dish which is to be consumed in summers. It is very refreshing & tasty too.
So here goes the recipe
Preparation time – 20 minutes
Serves – 4
Ingredients
2 medium sized cucumber
300 gms whisked curd
Salt to taste
30 pieces of roasted peanuts crushed
For tempering
1/2 tsp rai seeds
1/4 tsp heeng /asafoetida
4-5 curry leaves
1/4 tsp oil
2green chillies chopped
Method
* First grate the cucumber & add little salt. Keep it aside for 10 minutes
* Prepare the tempering & add it to the whisked curd,mix the cucumber with it
* Garnish it with crushed & roasted peanuts.
Serve chilled & enjoy as I do .
