Mutton has its own taste & is always made with spices that give their own flavours.This dish is prepared by my husband ,very simple ,& easy recipe. First have a look at the pictures.

Preparation time 45 minutes
1 kg mutton
4 onions juliens
5 green chillies juliens
3 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 stick cinnamon
1/4 tsp shahi jira
1/4 methidana seeds
1/4 coconut powder dry
Salt to taste
3 tbsp oil
Green coriander leaves to garnish
* Take oil in handi , add onions & green chillies fry till golden brown.
* Add all whole spices & the dry spices, cook well . now add mutton & keep stirring
* Add little little water & cook you mutton is tender
* Put curd & cook well , when done garnish with green coriander leaves and serve hot with Chapati.
