Kachoris have always been my favourite ,the outer covering is the same,whereas the filling of the kachori differs from taste to taste.There are fillings of urad dal , moong dal, only peas , roasted gram flour. Each one has its own taste due to different spices which has different taste & aroma. Today I shall share the recipe of Aloo matar kachori.
Preparation time- 1 hour
Serves – 5
250 gms all purpose flour
3 tbsp oil for moin
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ajwain seeds
* Knead the above mentioned ingredients into s soft dough. Cover it with cloth & keep aside.
Now for filling
* Take 5 boiled potatoes & 1cup boiled peas , mash them a little ,now put 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp amchoor powder, salt to taste, & mix it very well.
* Now make small balls of the dough ,roll it out , fill the filling & prepare kachoris, fry them on low flame till golden brown.
Serve hot kachori
