Aloo Matar & Caramalised Pulao


Aloo matar & caramelised pulao have a very good combination. The lovely fragrance of the pulao alongwith aloo matar is relished very much by me & my family. Here we go with the recipe Aloo Matar


Preparation time – 30 minutes
Serves – 3
4-5 big potatoes cut in cubes & fried
3 fresh tomato puree
4 cloves
3 bay leaves
3tbsp ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp dhania powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp garam masala powder
3tbsp oil
* Take oil in pan put tomatoes puree, ginger garlic paste fry well ,put whole spices also ,mix well.
* Put all spices, salt,fried potatoes, green peas , mix well fry for sometime. Add 3 cups of water boil well & garnish with green coriander leaves and serve with pulao
Recipe for caramelised pulao
1cup basmati rice
2,cups water
3 onions juliens
Salt to tasteimage

Take oil in pressure cooker put the opinions and fry till golden brown , add rice ,salt& water
Take 2 pressures of cooker & put off the flame. Serve hot with aloo matar & Enjoy this combination
