Chilli Chicken as it sounds is a Chinese dish, that has tangy taste of sauces, with chicken of course & vegetables as onions , spring onions & capsicum.
As I have a weakness for Chinese food I simply relish it & hope the same you shall also enjoy. We can prepare chilli chicken dry as well as with gravy.The recipe I am sharing is with gravy.

Preparation time – 50 minutes
Serves – 4
1kg chicken ( cut in small pieces )
Salt to taste
2tbsp red chilli sauce
1tbsp green chilli sauce
1/2 tbsp soya sauce
1/2 tsp white vinegar
These above ingredients are to be mixed into a batter coated on the chicken. Keep aside for half an hour.
3tbsp oil for frying chicken
1capsicum cut in cubes
2onions cut in cubes
2tsp crushed garlic
4spring onions diced
2cups water for gravy
1/4 tsp cornflour mixed with the 2cups water.
* Take oil in pan , put onions, capsicum & saute a while.
*Put 1tsp red chilli sauce, 1tsp green chilli sauce, 1/2 tsp soya sauce, 1/4 white vinegar, salt to taste. Mix well
* Add fried chicken & mix well. Add cornflour & water. Bring it to good boil & serve hot with noodles & fried rice.
