Egg pakoras are very tasty ,by the name itself is delicious & tangy too.
Many types of pakoras are made such as potatoes, cauliflower, green chillies, but egg pakora is the best.
Just like any other pakoras these egg pakoras are made.
Here goes the recipe
Preparation time – 30 minutes
4 Hardboiled eggs
2 cups gramflour/ besan
1/4 tsp ajwain seeds
1/ 2 tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
* Cut the eggs in 8 pieces.Mix all spices with the besan & form a batter
* Dip egg pieces in besan & deep fry the pakoras.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
