Dhokla

Dhokla being a Gujrati delicacy is loved by all, It is a wonderful breakfast one can relish. I too enjoy Dhokla very much.
It is one of my favourite recipe.So I would like to share it with everyone, here is the recipe
Preparation time – 40 minutes
Serves– 4
Ingredients
1 cup besan / gramflour
1 cup suji / semolina
2 tsp garlic paste
Salt accordingly
1pouch green eno
5-6 green chillies  slited
1 lime juice
Method
* Mix all the ingredients except the eno, green chillies & lime juice.
*Now keep the water in Dhokla cooker to boil.
* Now mix eno in the mixture and stir fast, pour the mixture in Dhokla plates& place them in the cooker
* Cook in steam for 20 minutes
Put off the gas when mixture is cooked
* Now for tempering, take 3tsp  oil in pan , put mustard seeds when they splutter put the slited grren chillies add the cooked Dhokla
,put the lime juice & mix well ,.
Serve hot with tea ….Enjoy as I do
