Steamed salad . Breakfast


Today my recipe is for breakfast. The menu for today for is Poha, Steamed salad, & Mango Shake. The recipe today I am sharing is Steamed salad
Preparation time – 20 minutes
Serves – 3
200 gms whole moong dal sprouted
2 chopped onions
1 chopped green cucumber
2 chopped tomatoes
Salt & pepper to taste
* Take oil in pan add 1,tsp jira put whole moong sprouts & take 2 whistles.
Now add chopped onions, cucumber & tomatoes.Mix well ,add salt & pepper & half lime juice.
