Stir fry vegetables are very nutritive & are good for people who want to go on crash diet course. They are boiled vegetables with a toss of all sauces such as soya sauce,red & green chilli sauce with tangy flavour of black pepper. Do enjoy these syir fry vegetables as you will love it.

Preparation time – 30 minutes
Serves– 3
Ingredients
4 carrots cut in rounds
1 cabbage chopped
100 gms french beans chopped
1 capsicum chopped coarsely
1 0nion chopped
1 tsp red chilli sauce
1 tsp green chilli sauce
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp kimchi chutney
Method
Boil all vegetables. Take 1 tsp oil in pan .
Put all vegetables. add all the sauces,1/2 tsp black pepper. Toss well & serve hot

Kimchi Chutney & Fried Garlic

Fried Garlic

Method     Kimchi Chutney
Chop 200 gms garlic
Soak about 10- 15 dried red chillies for  an hour
Chop the soaked chillies also.
Mix the garlic, chopped red chillies,2 tsp vinegar & cook for 20 minutes.
Your Kimchi Chutney is ready. Refrigerate it. You can keep  it for 10 – 15 days.

Method       Fried Garlic

Take 200 gms chopped garlic. Take 3tsp oil in a pan . Put the garlic & fry them till light brown. You can refrigerate them also for 10 – 15 days.
Enjoy them with Dal Chawal or as you like it. You can enjoy the crunchy taste of garlic

Today’s recipe I am sharing is Tikda Chawal.It is a traditional dish from Bihar. Tikda are spicy dumplings made from besan cooked alongwith rice. The whole combination is mixed with tempered rice stock and is just awesome.

KImchi chutney

Preparation time:- 40 minutes
Serves – 4
Ingredients
2cups rice
5cups water
For dumplings
1 cup besan
2 chopped green chillies
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/4tsp ajwain seeds
1 /2 tsp oil
Method
Knead the besan in soft dough. Make round small dumplings.
Take water & add rice & dumplings. Let the rice cook when done keep the stock seperate.
Take 1 tsp oil in pan add hing,jira,red chilli powder,& amchoor powder . Bring it to boil & put off the gas.
Your Tikda Chawal is ready.

Today the recipe i am sharing is Rava Idli &Groundnut chutney
Rava idli can be relished by daibetics also as it is made from semolina. Usually idlis are made of rice & urad dal

I prepared groundnut chutney that is very delicious

I shall now share the recipe.Here it is
Ingredients
1cup suji
1/4 cup curd
1cup water
3/4 tsp eno fruit  salt
Tempering to be added in mixture
2tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/4 tsp urad dal
Few curry leaves
Few green coriander leaves
2tbsp peanuts crushed
Salt to taste
Method
Mix all ingredients & add eno salt in the end .mix well& put in idli mould.
Cook in steam & enjoy with groumdnut chutney
Ingredients fir chutney
1tbsp roasted chana dal
1 tbsp roasted peanuts
4-5cloves garlic
3-4 red chilli soaked in warm water
1/4cup chopped onions
1 tsp tamarind paste
Salt to taste
Some water to grind to paste
Method
Mix all ingredients & grind to paste. You can keep this chutney in refrigerator for 4- 5 days

Whipped Mango Delight

Whipped mango cream is a creamy delight.It is a beautiful &  presentable dessert to be loved by all.
All mango lovers are definitely going to relish it.Alongwith mango pieces it also has mango puree in it.
So here goes the recipe
1mango puree
1mango cut in cubes
250 gms whipped cream
3tbsp castor sugar
Method
Mix all the ingredients  well & serve them in a bowl. Allow it to chill . Serve chilled.

Suji Matthi& Panchphodan Aloo Subzi

Suji matthi & panchphodan Aloo subzi is a very unique combination. I am very sure that all matthi lovers are definitely going to love these suji or semolina matthis.
Thanks a ton to Riddhi ,my niece for sharing her recipe with me.
Panchphodan are spices with a combination of 5 spices
Jira, Ajwain, Saunf, Mangrella or onion seeds, Methidana.These all 5 spices are used in tempering the aloo tomato subzi that gives tangy taste to the dish . One can really relish it with Suji matthi
Here goes the recipe
Preparation time Suji Matthi – 30 minutes
Makes – 25-30 matthis
Ingredients
250 gms suji / semolina
1/ 4 tsp onion seeds
Salt to taste
Method
Mix the ingredients in suji & knead it quite wet. Leave it aside for about an hour. As semolina absorbs water it needs a rest before it is deep fried or make matthis.It is an ideal Sunday brunch.
Now prepare small puris & deep fry them. Your suji matthis are ready
Now for the subzi
Ingredients
1 /2kg potatoes cut in cubes
1 tsp panchphodan spices
3 tomatoes chopped
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp oil
Method
Take oil in pressure cooker. Put panchphodan spices & chopped tomatoes. Fry well add all other spices
Put the potatoes& add 2 cups water& close the lid . Take 3-4 whistles of cooker and put off the gas .
Your Aloo subzi is ready
Enjoy with matthi

Achari Bharwa Bhindi

Bhindi / Okra is a very common vegetable in every house. Every child or rather i must say all love & enjoy bhindi in any form be it cut in slits, aloo bhindi, cut lengthwise or bharwa bhindi.
Today i am sharing the recipe of Achari Bharwa Bhindi.Here we go
Preparation time – 30 minutrs
Serves – 4
Ingredients
250 gms tender bhindi medium sized
For filling
1 tsp red chilli  powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp amchoor powder
Salt to taste
1/ 4tsp garam Masala
1 tbsp oil from mango pickle
3 onions cut lengthwise
Method
Slit the bhindi lengthwise
Mix all spices & fill in the Masala.
Now take oil in pan  put the masala filled bhindi in it put the onions also
Cook till tender . Serve hot with parathas.
