Today I share a very interesting dish which is mom’s recipe. An innovative dish made from carrot & curd.It is a side & can be relished with veg daliya, khichdi or can be enjoyed chilled in this scorching heat.

here goes the recipe
Preparation time – 20 minutes
Serves – 4
2 medium sized carrots
300 gms whisked curd
Salt to taste
30 pieces of roasted peanuts crushed
1/2 tsp rai seeds
1/4 tsp heeng /asafoetida
4-5 curry leaves
1/4 tsp oil
2green chillies chopped
* First grate the carrot & add little salt. Keep it aside for 10 minutes
* Prepare the tempering & add it to the whisked curd,mix the carrot with it
* Garnish it with crushed & roasted peanuts.
Serve chilled & enjoy as I do .
