Preparation time – 4 hours
2.5 kg mangoes cut in 8 pieces
500 gms achaar masala packet
500 Lt mustard oil
Wash all mangoes & pat dry in a cloth. Keep it in sun for sometime.
Now put these mangoes in a big bowl & mix with the masala.
Now put it in glass jar& put mustard oil in it.
Keep in sun for 2 days only, then put in shade.
Cover with Muslin cloth
