My daughter Priya had organised a chat party on the eve of Mother’s Day celebration. It was a very sweet gesture of her , I was overwhelmed & had no words to say. There was paani Puri, Dahi Puri ,bhelpuri
She herself prepared the spicy & tangy water of paani Puri. On the whole we enjoyed the dinner.

Preparation of paani
Boil 2 raw mangoes, squeeze the pulp & keep aside. Take about 20 leaves of mint & grind in mixie & add to the mango pulp. Now add 3 cups of water & strain the pulp with mint mixture, add 1 tsp of bhuna jira powder, salt to taste ,a pinch of rock salt. Your paani for paani Puri is ready.
