This Eggless Mango Souffle combines the divine flavour of mangoes. Here goes the recipe
Preparation time – 5mins
Setting time- 2 hours
1 1/2 cups mango pulp
1cup whipped cream
2tsp icing sugar
1 1/2 tsp vegetable gelatin powder
Few mango pieces
* Mix whipped cream & icing sugar in a deep bowl, whip it well with an electric beater. Keep aside.
* Put mango pulp in another deep bowl& beat well.
* Mix gelatin powder in 4 tbsp hot water & mix with the mango pulp.beat it with electric beater.
* Add whipped cream to this. Pour it in equal portions , garnish with mango pieces & serve chilled.
