Samosas are the delicacy enjoyed by everyone . We can have samosas at any time of the day. They are made of all purpose flour with different fillings.They are veg & non veg samosas. Previously I had shared the recipe of samosas with filling of matar & paneer. But today my filling is of potatoes & green peas. See in pictures first followed by the recipe.
Aloo masala filling
Preparation time – 30 minutes
Makes – 15- 20 samosas
* Boil 4potaoes& 1,cup of green peas. Mash boiled potatoes & add 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, salt to taste, 1/4 amchoor powder, mix well .
Now for the dough
*Take 2cups all purpose flour put 2tbsp oil, salt to taste, 1/4 tsp Ajwain seeds, & knead into medium dough.
Now prepare samosas with the filling & deep fry them.
Have them hot & enjoy.
Enjoy as your samosas are ready. Have them with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
