Drumsticks in tangy Mustard

Drumsticks are normally cooked with lentils, but today there is a tangy twist to it , they are cooked with a tangy taste of mustard. It can be served with hot dal, & steamed rice. Due to the tangy taste it is full of aroma & is very delicious.
Here we go
Preparation time– 30 minutes
Serves– 4
Ingredients
4 drumsticks well peeled – cut in pieces.
2tsp mustard oil
2 chopped onions
2tomatoes chopped
1tsp garlic paste
3tbsp mustard seeds grinded to paste
Salt to taste
3green chillies chopped
Method
*Boil the drumsticks well in 2 cups of water, do not throw the stock.
*Take oil in a pan ,add chopped onions ,chopped green chillies, garlic paste, saute little ,put tomatoes, 1.4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder & salt to taste.
Add boiled drumsticks alongwith the stock. Cook well till it is dry.
Serve hot with dal ,steamed rice & enjoy
