Raw Mango Rava Idli


Idlis are my favourite whether it is rice or rava idli. Today’s recipe is with a twist , as I have used raw mangoes while tempering the rsva idlis.After tempering the idlis turn out to be more tasty & tangy
Here goes the recipe
Preparation time – 40 minutes
Serves- 4
1cup sooji/ semolina
1cup curd
Salt to taste
1pouch eno
For tempering
1/2 tsp mustard seed
3tbsp oil
4-5 curry leaves
1tsp urad dal
1tsp Chana dal
1 raw mango grated
4-5 green chillies slited
Prepare idli by mixing sooji & curd, then add eno pouch & beat coarsely, put the batter intended idli mould. Cook till idlis are cooked.Cut the idlis into 4 pieces each.
Take oil in pan . Put mustard seeds, urad& Chana dal, curry leaves, green chillies, add idli stir fry & serve hot with chutney.
