A raita is a dish that completes a whole meal. Whenever we lay our table it is incomplete without a raita. The recipe today I share is mix veg raita , that has cucumber, tomato & onion.
A slight twist is there, the raita is tempered with jira, asafoetida & red chilli powder, which gives a super tangy taste to the dish.

Preparation time– 20 minutes
Serves – 4
1medium onion chopped
250 gms whisked curd
Take 1tsp oil in pan, put jira,a pinch of asafoetida. & pinch of red chilli powder.
Mix all ingredients & tempering in the curd & serve chilled
