Today I share a recipe which is easy & very quick to make. As it is the season of mangoes we see them everywhere. This is a very refreshing dessert to beat the scorching heat.
It is as simple as we are seeing it.So here is the recipe
Preparation time- 30 minutes
Serves – 4
1/2 kg. hung curd whisked well ,icing sugar added
Few cashewnuts chopped
2tbsp icing sugar
* Take a glass first put a layer of hung curd.
Mix icing sugar with the hung curd & whisk well.
Then mango pulp, cornflakes, then curd. Again mango pulp then garnish with nuts
