Parathas have always been my weakness. I love them to make & try preparing them with different fillings.
Today in my recipe I have used kasuri methi for the filling alongwith potatoes & onion.Watch the pictures below
As we go through these pictures the preparation of paratha is self explanatory, but still I shall give the recipe
Preparation time – 30 minutes
Serves – 4
5 boiled potatoes mashed
4green chilles chopped
4cup whole-wheat flour kneaded medium
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp amchoor powder
Salt to taste
4tsp kasuri methi crushed
Prepare the filling with boiled potatoes, onions green chillies all spices.ix well – keep aside.
Now according to the pictures prepare the parathas & serve hot
Enjoy hot with mango pickle
