Baked vegetables are  very tasty & relished by everyone
The combination of toast with baked vegetables is simply awesome. No words to express.For the white sauce I have used whole wheat flour instead of all purpose flour ,which adds more nutritive value to the dish. Make bread crumbs

Mix boiled vegetables with the white sauce

Sprinkle bread crumbs on the vegetables. Now comes the ingredients
Preparation time – 40 minutes
Serves- 4
Ingredients
For white sauce
1cup of whole-wheat flour
3tbsp milk
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp oregano
3cubes cheese grated
Mix all ingredients with the flour , cook for a while , make it a thick sauce.
Boiled vegetables
2carrots diced
100 gms French beans chopped
1/2 cauliflower chopped
1potato cut in cubes
Boil all vegetables & mix with white sauce prepared, add salt to taste. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top & bake it in preheated oven for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
When done serve hot with toasted bread
