Biryani is a most popular dish made with rice, as it had many types. Such as,Mutton Biryani, Chicken Biryani, Fish Biryani, for non vegetarians& Vegetable Biryani , Egg Biryani for vegetarians & Eggetarians respectively. All of us relish Biryanis, which has a combo of raita alongwith it.
Today I shall share my recipe of Egg Biryani.,so here we go
Preparation time – 45 minutes
Serves – 3
2cup basmati rice
6 Hardboiled eggs
2 – 3 cloves
3 bay leaves
1 tsp shahi jira
1 tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp dhania powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
Take oil in pressure cooker.,put shahi jira& chopped onions, fry till golden brown.
Add all whole spices & other spices too.put chopped tomatoes & fry well add the rice with the double amount of water.
Take 2whistles& put off the gas ,when done add the hardboiled eggs &ix well with the rice.
Add garam masala – servy hot with mix veg raita & enjoy
