Letho is a Burmese dish which means a salad mixed with rice. Mutton, garlic oil, chopped onions & potatoes, roasted gram flour all mixed together with rice makes a relishing dish called as Letho. My whole family enjoyed & relished this dish very much

Preparation time 2hours
Serves – 4
1/2 kg boneless mutton marinated in malt vinegar & ginger garlic paste
2 onions chopped added to the marination.
3cups boiled rice
1/2 glass tamarind water
3tbsp roasted gramflour
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
3boiled potatoes cut in cubes
Cook the marinated mutton till tender add salt to taste .
Prepare test of the ingredients as directed & shown in pictures
Mix all the ingredients with the boiled rice & enjoy
