Idlis are a delicacy of South India.  But people all around love south indian food in which Idli. Dosa.Sambhar.Coconut chutney. Wadas are very common
Today the recipe i am sharing is Rava Idli &Groundnut chutney
Rava idli can be relished by daibetics also as it is made from semolina. Usually idlis are made of rice & urad dal

I prepared groundnut chutney that is very delicious

I shall now share the recipe.Here it is
Ingredients
1cup suji
1/4 cup curd
1cup water
3/4 tsp eno fruit  salt
Tempering to be added in mixture
2tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/4 tsp urad dal
Few curry leaves
Few green coriander leaves
2tbsp peanuts crushed
Salt to taste
Method
Mix all ingredients & add eno salt in the end .mix well& put in idli mould.
Cook in steam & enjoy with groumdnut chutney
Ingredients fir chutney
1tbsp roasted chana dal
1 tbsp roasted peanuts
4-5cloves garlic
3-4 red chilli soaked in warm water
1/4cup chopped onions
1 tsp tamarind paste
Salt to taste
Some water to grind to paste
Method
Mix all ingredients & grind to paste. You can keep this chutney in refrigerator for 4- 5 days
