Method Kimchi Chutney
Chop 200 gms garlic
Soak about 10- 15 dried red chillies for an hour
Chop the soaked chillies also.
Mix the garlic, chopped red chillies,2 tsp vinegar & cook for 20 minutes.
Your Kimchi Chutney is ready. Refrigerate it. You can keep it for 10 – 15 days.
Method Fried Garlic
Take 200 gms chopped garlic. Take 3tsp oil in a pan . Put the garlic & fry them till light brown. You can refrigerate them also for 10 – 15 days.
Enjoy them with Dal Chawal or as you like it. You can enjoy the crunchy taste of garlic
