Stir Fry Vegetables

Stir fry vegetables are very nutritive & are good for people who want to go on crash diet course. They are boiled vegetables with a toss of all sauces such as soya sauce,red & green chilli sauce with tangy flavour of black pepper. Do enjoy these syir fry vegetables as you will love it.

Preparation time – 30 minutes
Serves– 3
Ingredients
4 carrots cut in rounds
1 cabbage chopped
100 gms french beans chopped
1 capsicum chopped coarsely
1 0nion chopped
1 tsp red chilli sauce
1 tsp green chilli sauce
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp kimchi chutney
Method
Boil all vegetables. Take 1 tsp oil in pan .
Put all vegetables. add all the sauces,1/2 tsp black pepper. Toss well & serve hot
