Jumbo Sandwich

As by its name we can have the taste of cheese & roasted slices. This sandwich itself is stomach filling as it has loads of cheese, vegetables , mayonnaise etc. So here is the recipe & the ingredients
Preparation time- 30 minutes
Serves – 3
Ingredients
Big sliced bread from bakery
4 tbsp butter
5 tbsp mayonnaise sauce
1/2 cabbage shredded
1carrot grated
2onions chopped
3potatoes boiled& chopped

3 tbsp ceasar salad dressing.

Method
Toast 3 slices of the bread, apply butter on them.
Mix 2tbsp mayonnaise with the boiled potatoes, add little salt & pepper to it.
* Apply this to the first toasted slice.
* Take the carrots& cabbage ,mix salad dressing &  toss well ,apply on the 2 nd toasted slice. Place it on top of the first one.* Now grate 2cubes of cheese & spread it on this.
* Put the third toast buttered slice on it . Cut this into 4 pieces with a sharp knife. as shown below.

Your sandwich is ready.

Chocolate Cake

Chocolate cake is everybody’s favourite. Even i love it too. This recipe is my younger daughter Priya’s.
She is the one who bakes excellently as her sister Pallavi.Do give a try to her recipe it comrs out very well.
Here goes the recipe
Method & Ingredients
1.5 cup sugar granulated
2 cup maida
1cup butter
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 cup boiling water
2 eggs
Method
Mix butter & sugar. Add 1 egg & beat well.Now mix maida,sugar,baking powder,baking soda&add the boiling water slowly.
Mix the contents in cut& fold method.
In the end mix the other egg.
Now take the baking dish grease it wellwith butter,sprinkle little maida. Then pour the batter in it.
Bake it in a preheat oven at 250 degrees . Then bake for 30 minutes.
Your Chocolate Cake is ready.

Chicken Mussallam

Chicken Mussallam is a very tangy & tasty dish. All chicken lovers will definitely love this lipsmacking dish
So here goes the recipe
Preparation time 45 minutes
Serves– 4
Ingredients
1 kg chicken
4 onions juliens
5 green chillies juliens
3 tbsp ginger garlic paste
4 clove
1 stick cinnamon
1/4 tsp shahi jira
1/4 methidana seeds
1/4 coconut powder dry
Salt to taste
3 tbsp oil
2cups curd
Green coriander leaves to garnish
Method
* Take oil in handi , add onions & green chillies fry till golden brown.
* Add all whole spices & the dry spices, cook well . now add chicken & keep stirring
* Add little little water & cook you chicken is tender
* Put curd & cook well , when done garnish with green coriander leaves and serve hot with Chapati.

Cashew Chicken with Burnt Garlic Noodles

This is also a Chinese dish known as Cashew Chicken with Burnt Garlic Chicken. This recipe has been shared by my elder daughter Pallavi Purani.
It is a lovely chinese dish to bo relished by all.
Here goes the recipe
Marinade-
1 tbsp red chilly sauce
1/2 tbsp green chilly sauce
2 tsp vinegar
2 tsp soy sauce
Salt
450 gms boneless chicken
1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp corn flour make paste with little water
Chicken-
In a hot pan, add 2 tbsp oil and add the chicken. Make sure the pan and oil are really hot. Don’t boil the chicken in its juices.
Cook for 10 min and remove from heat.
Add 1 sliced onion and 1 green capsicum to the same pan, add 2 tbsp ketchup, 1 tbsp red chilly sauce, 1/4 cup cashew, salt and pepper.
Add the chicken. Make a paste of 2 tbsp cornflour and water. Add it to the chicken. Add more water to make as much sauce as you like.
Noodles-
Boil the noodles and keep on a kitchen towel and enough oil to prevent them from sticking.
Slice garlic and add to a hot pan with 2 tbsp oil. Let the garlic get brown, add the noodles, salt and pepper. Turn off the gas and add greens of the green /Spring onion  to the noodles.

Egg Masala

Egg masala is another tangy & lip smacking dish prepared by eggs.
We can enjoy with simple parathas or can make it as starters at any party. By its name only we can have a feeling of tanginess.
Do give it a try it is really fabulous.Here goes the recipe
Preparation time 30 minutes
Serves – 4
Ingredients
4 hardboiled  eggs cut in halves,deepfried golden brown.
2 chopped onions
2 tomatoes chopped
3 green chillies chopped
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
1 /2 tsp  turmeric powder
Method
Take 2 tsp oil in pan add chopped onions.fry them well.
Add all spices& tomatoes. Cook well &add garam masala . Let the consistency of the Masala be thick.
Now place the eggs in a deep plate. Sprinkle & coat the masala well on the eggs.
Your Egg Masala is ready.

Coriander Raita

Raita is a form of curd  only,we can make varieties of raita from curd. So here i share one more recipe of raita.
It is very simple & easy
Method & Ingredients
Take 3- 5 sprigs of green coriander & make a paste out of it.
Now take 2 cups whisked curd ,add the coriander paste.Mix well
Add salt to taste,red chilli powder, bhuna jira powder. Serve chilled.
You can relsh it with pulao also.

Slited brinjals,deep fried

Preparation time 20 minutes
Serves  4
Ingredients 1 /2 kg brinjals cut horizontally. Deep fried golden brown.
1 /2 kg curd whisked
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp bhuna jira powder
Method
Add the fried brinjals to the whisked curd. Mix all spices & serve cold. As yuor raita is ready.
