Veg Brown Fried Rice

As we all know that Brown rice has many nutritive values it is good to consume.Today I share my recipe of Veg Fried Rice made from brown rice. Everybody in my family enjoyed  & i am sure you all will also enjoy my recipe. So hete it is.

Just have a look how tempting it looks ,very light & easy to digest
Preparation time – 30 minutes
Serves – 3
Ingredients
1cup brown rice boiled
2 carrots chopped
1 cabbage chopped
2 capsicum chopped
1 onion chopped
Red&green chilli sauce 1 tsp
Soya sauce  1 tsp
Method
Take oil in pan ,add all vegetables. Saute well ,add all sauces& salt to taste
Add the rice & toss well.Serve hot
