Chilli chicken to me is ab amazing chinese recipe I relish a lot. We can make this dry or gravy. Today’s recipe that I am sharing it is a dry one.
Chilli Chicken has aroma of all the sauces & vinegar.

Preparation time – 30 minutes
Serves – 3
750 gms boneless chicken
1 tsp cornflour
1 tsp red & green chilli sauce each
1 tsp soya sauce
2 onions & 1capsicum diced
2 tsp garlic crushed
Frying for oil
Salt to taste
4 green chillies chopped
1 tsp vinegar
Marinate chicken with cornflour,salt1/4 tsp all sauces each.
Deep fry them golden brown v& keep aside.
Take 2 tsp oil in pan add chopped onions.green chillies.capsicum & saute for a while
Mix the fried chicken with all sauces .Toss well & serve hot
