Mix veg as by its name you can add as much vegetables you like. It always turns out to be tasty & delicious.
In my mix veg recipe i have usedonions,tomatoes, peas, paneer,&all common spices ,just have a look
Preparation time – 20 minutes
250 gms paneer crushed
2 onions chopped roughly
3 tomatoes chopped
3 green chillies chopped
2 cups boiled peas
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp dhania powder
Salt to taste
Take oil in pan .put 1/2 tsp jira add onions & saute well. Then add tomatoes & all spices. Mix well fry till Masala leaves oil.
Add peas,paneer & saute a while. Serve hot with chapatis.
This colourful mix veg is ready
