Chicken Pulao


Chicken Pulao…Ahahah is my
favourite dish.In this recipe rice is cooked alongwith the stock of spicy chicken.You then enjoy it either with plain curd or raita
Here goes the recipe
Preparation time- 45 minutes
Serves – 4
750 gms chicken
3 chopped onion
2 chopped green chillies
3 tomatoes chopped
2tsp ginger garlic paste
2 cinnamon stick
3 cloves
1 tsp methidana
4 black peppercorns
2 bay leaves
1/ 2tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp dhania powder
Salt to taste
1 cup basmati rice
2 cups water
2 tsp garam masala powder
Take 2 tbsp oil in handi. Add chopped onions ,green chillies & all the whole spices.
Fry till golden brown , add chopped tomatoes & the dry spices, fry little add the chicken & cook well
When half done put a 2cups of water along with the rice.Add garam Masala
Cook in sim flame . Check when Rice is done put off the flame.
Your aromatic Chicken Pulao is ready. Green coriander leaves are optional
