Soya, by its name only we know it has very nutritive values & is good for our health too.
Today I share my recipe of Soya Cutlets which are very tangy & lip smacking too. So here goes the recipe ,do give a try to these Cutlets.
Preparation time 30 minutes
250 gms soya granules
2 green chillies chopped
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
A pinch of garam Masala
Oil for shallow frying
Take 1cup soya granules & soak them in hot water for about an hour.
Now squeeze out the water from it and just churn once in mixer grinder. Now add chopped onions, chopped green chillies,salt to taste, red chilli powder,little garam Masala &make flat cutlets & shallow fry them . Serve hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
