Sandwiches are very light to digest but are quite fulfilling also.Mostly everyone prefers sandwiches as breakfast with a tea, coffee or milk.
So finally today I share my recipe of Egg Sandwich. They can be toasted as well as can have them raw also
Preparation time- 20 minutes
Serves – 3
2slices bread toasted
4plain slices with sides to be cut
4 hard-boiled eggs cut in small pieces
Garlic cheese spread on all slices of bread
Salt to taste
1tbsp green Chilli sauce
1tbsp mustard sauce
Pinch of black pepper
Mix all ingredients & then evenly spread on the slices.
Cut the slices neatly &serve them.
I just love them
