Bread Poha is now another dish which is made from bread. It also light & a wonderful dish for breakfast.
Do try this recipe it really comes out well. Here is the recipe
Preparation time-20 minutes
6 slices of bread cut in small cubes
3chopped green chillies
Salt to taste
1/4tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
Chopped green coriander for garnishing is optional.
Take oil in pan & saute onions & green chillies.
Add tomatoes &fry well add 1/4 cup water ,put all the spices. Cook well add bread & stir well
Server hot . Very yummy
