As today i share my niece who is more than a sister Riddhi Kapoor‘s recipe.Thanks a lot for sharing the recipe with me.

Slited brinjals,deep fried

Preparation time 20 minutes
Serves  4
Ingredients 1 /2 kg brinjals cut horizontally. Deep fried golden brown.
1 /2 kg curd whisked
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp bhuna jira powder
Method
Add the fried brinjals to the whisked curd. Mix all spices & serve cold. As yuor raita is ready.
