Egg Masala


Egg masala is another tangy & lip smacking dish prepared by eggs.
We can enjoy with simple parathas or can make it as starters at any party. By its name only we can have a feeling of tanginess.
Do give it a try it is really fabulous.Here goes the recipe
Preparation time 30 minutes
Serves – 4
4 hardboiled  eggs cut in halves,deepfried golden brown.
2 chopped onions
2 tomatoes chopped
3 green chillies chopped
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
1 /2 tsp  turmeric powder
Take 2 tsp oil in pan add chopped onions.fry them well.
Add all spices& tomatoes. Cook well &add garam masala . Let the consistency of the Masala be thick.
Now place the eggs in a deep plate. Sprinkle & coat the masala well on the eggs.
Your Egg Masala is ready.
