This is also a Chinese dish known as Cashew Chicken with Burnt Garlic Chicken. This recipe has been shared by my elder daughter Pallavi Purani.
It is a lovely chinese dish to bo relished by all.
Here goes the recipe
1 tbsp red chilly sauce
1/2 tbsp green chilly sauce
2 tsp vinegar
2 tsp soy sauce
450 gms boneless chicken
1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp corn flour make paste with little water
In a hot pan, add 2 tbsp oil and add the chicken. Make sure the pan and oil are really hot. Don’t boil the chicken in its juices.
Cook for 10 min and remove from heat.
Add 1 sliced onion and 1 green capsicum to the same pan, add 2 tbsp ketchup, 1 tbsp red chilly sauce, 1/4 cup cashew, salt and pepper.
Add the chicken. Make a paste of 2 tbsp cornflour and water. Add it to the chicken. Add more water to make as much sauce as you like.
Boil the noodles and keep on a kitchen towel and enough oil to prevent them from sticking.
Slice garlic and add to a hot pan with 2 tbsp oil. Let the garlic get brown, add the noodles, salt and pepper. Turn off the gas and add greens of the green /Spring onion to the noodles.
First serve noodles then the chicken
