Corn fritters or corn pakoras are made from corn &besan or gram flour. These fritters are enjoyed during rainy season.We love to relish differnt types of fritters eithet with green chutney or tomato ketchup. Let us have a look at these corn frittets i have made.
Let us have a look at the recipe
Peel off the seeds of the corn &boil them.Now take oil in pan add jira ,2 chopped onions&3 chopped chillies ,fry them till golden brown. Add 1tsp red chilli powder ,coriander powder each &salt to taste ,put the boiled corn & mix well.Allow it to cool.
Now add 3 tbsps besan or gramflour mix well &prepare pakoras or frittets by deep frying small balls from the batter. Fry till golden brown. Your Corn Fritters are ready.

Vaangi Bhaat or Brinjal Pulao is a Maharashtrian delicacy. It is normally cooked Pulao with Brinjal & you can add Corn also as it is optional. Enjoy my recipe I’m sure you will definitely relish it. A twist with boiled peas & boiled corn added to the bhaat.
Just have a look at the recipe with ingredients – method
First you wash 2cups or basmati rice & keep aside with 4cups of water in it for 1/2 an hour.
Now take 2tbsp oil in a cooker . Put 1 bay leaf,1 cinnamon stick,4 cloves& 2 chopped onions ,fry till golden brown. Now add 2 chopped tomatoes,1 cup boiled corn, 1/2 cup boiled peas,4 brinjals slited & deep fried,1 tsp turmeric powder,1 tsp red chilli powder,soaked rice alongwith the water. Add salt to taste. Close the lid of cooker & after 1 whistle put off the gas. After 10 minutes open the lid your delicious Vangi Bhaat with corn is ready. As i mentioned earlier corn are optional. Enjoy it.
We enjoy with potato wafers.
Corn Masala is normally gravy recipe made from onions,tomatoes&ofcourse all the spices. I made it in my house & everybody relished it a lot. So i wanted to share the recipe with all.
As my daughter relishes it with paratha
Here is the recipe
Take 2 cups of boiled corn.Now tske oil in pan ,add 2 chopped onions &1 tsp ginger garlic paste,fry well then add 3 chopped tomatoes,1 tsp each red chilli powder, turmeric powder& coriander powder. Put salt to taste. Add 3 cups of water , bring it to boil &serve hot with paratha .
Cold chicken salad is my daughter Priya’s recipe. Being a cold salad it is enjoyed by everyone.
As this salad has chicken sausages, boiled eggs,therefore it has many nutritive values.
So here is the recipe
3 hardboiled eggs cut in 8 pieces
4 chicken sausages diced
1/2 pkt boiled spiral pasta
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp oregano
2 tbsp ceaser salad
Salt & black pepper to taste
Mix all the ingredients well & keep the salad in fridge for 5 -6 houts. Enjoy the cold salad

Method & Ingredients
80g powdered sugar
Beat butter and sugar with hand beater.
Rub in maida to form a dough.. Keep in fridge for 1/2hr
Bring the dough together and make small balls
Spread with two thumbs in tart shell .( like you fill kachori)
Bake at 180• for 15 mins till golden brown
Cool and fill with melted chocolate..
Decorate with pista and grated White choc
Vanilla Fudge is a lovely &fascinating dessert to be enjoyed in summers. It is cool & refreshing.
Method & Ingredients
Take a glass put 2 scoops of vanilla icecream ,add 3 – 4 crushed marie biscuits.
Now pour some Hersheys chocolate sauce. Your lovely sundae is ready . Have fun
Rava dhokla is a Gujrati dish & is relished by everyone. This dish is made from semolina/ rava. It is light &filling breakfast.
The recipe of this dish is very easy ,just have a look.
The recipe goes like this
Take 1 cuo curd &1 cup rawa ,add a half pouch of eno mix well &place it in the dhokla cooker. Sprinkle some red chilli powder, let it cook.
When done cut in cubes& keep aside.Take oil in pan add mustard seeds &slited green chillies,add the dhokls &toss well . Your dhoklas are ready.
