Masala Boondi

Boondi are small small balls made frombesan/gramflour. It is a savoury &tangy dish ,i am sure to be loved by each and evryone.

To make this dish my daughter advised me  the recipe. You canenjoy this dish as a starter,so here goes the recipe

Method &Ingredients

250 gms Boondi

2 tomatoes chopped

2 onions chopped

3  green chillies chopped

Salt to taste

ForTempering

2 tsp oil

1 tsp rye

Few curry leaves

METHOD

Now take 2 tbsp oil in pan,add rye &curry leaves then put chopped onions & green chillies. Saute well,Add  chopped tomatoes fry well put the spices & mix well.

Now whenever you want to eat mix the boondi with this masala,don’t keep it for long time orelse the boondi will become soggy.

Enjoy the crunchiness of boondi with the masala prepared. I am sure you will definetely enjoy this dish. Please donot add water. Mix well the boondi & enjoy
