Sabudana Khichdi

Sabudana khichdi is usually made during fasting days like navratri or mahashivratri or ekadashi. sabudana khichdi is an easy snack and is a good recipe to be made during fasting days but it requires little experience to get the perfect texture in the sabudana pearls.

Ingredients &Method

Take 1 cup sabudana ,soak it well in water for half an hour. 

Take 2 tsp oil in pan add 1tsp mustard seeds,2 chopped green chillies,1/2 tsp black pepper  salt to taste.Add 2 potatoes boiled& cut in small cubes.Add soaked sabudana mix well .Add 1 juice of lime ,serve hot.
