Vanilla Cup Cakes

These vanilla cup cakes look so beautiful,as it is my sister Riddhi Kapoor’s recipe. These cup cakes turn out to be very soft. Do try the recipe you all will really enjoy & relish them


300gms butter

300 gms granulated sugar

6 eggs

2 tbsp vanilla essence

300 gms maida

1.5 tsp baking powder

2 tbsp milk

For icing

250 gms icing sugar

1/2cup unsalted butter

1 tsp vanilla

2 tbsp milk

2 tbsp food colours as desired.


Preheat oven to 350°F.

  1. Place paper cups in 12 count muffin tin.
  2. Beat butter and sugar in bowl until light and fluffy.
  3. Add vanilla and eggs, one at a time.
  4. Sift flour baking powder and 1/2 tsp salt and fold into egg and butter mixture alternating with milk.
  5. Spoon in cups, bake 20-25 minutes until golden..
  6. Now for icing .mix all the ingredients &fill them in the icing bag,do icing as you wish
  7. Enjoy
