Layered Mango Shrikhand

Today i share my sister Riddhi Kapoor’recipe of shrikhand with a twist. You will really live it as it has a twust of chocolate pieces also.

We all love it & hope the same from all of you. Here goes the recipe.

Preparation time- 30 minutes
Serves – 4
1/2 kg. hung curd whisked well ,icing sugar added
3mango pulp
1cup cornflakes
Few cashewnuts chopped

1 cadbury chocolate bar cut in pieces
2tbsp icing sugar
* Take a glass first put a layer of hung curd.
Mix icing sugar with the hung curd & whisk well.
Then mango pulp, cornflakes, then curd. Again mango pulp then garnish with nuts &chocolate pieces
Serve chilled.
