Veg Grilled Sandwich

Sandwiches are my most favourite breakfast & I love to have them. No doubt my whole family also enjoys it. Today i am sharing the recipe of Veg Grilled Sandwich .

It is akso very healthy as i am using fresh tomatoes &cucumber as well. A slight twist is given by adding grreen chutney,which gives a tangy taste to my dish.

So here goes the recipe

Ingredients

 1 Sandwich buttered bread with all sides cut 

2 Cucumber thinly sliced

2 Tomatoes  thinly sliced

Salt &Black pepper to taste

4 tbsp green chutney made from grinding coriander leaves & green chillies.

Method

First take 2 butterd slices apply green chutney&place cucumber + tomato alternatively.Sprinkle salt & pepper to taste.

Now place this in sandwich toaster&prepare the grilled sandwiches.
