Masala Poha

Poha is a very popular breakfast, as it is light &filling also.Today i share the recipe of Poha which is spicy & quite colourful too

Please see the method & ingredients
Preparation time– 15 minutes | Serves – 3

  • 2 cup poha
  •  2 chopped onions
  • 4chopped green chillies
  • 3 tomatoes chopped
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 TSP turmeric powder
  • 1/ 4 tsp mustard seed
  • Salt to taste


  1. Soak poha in water. Drain out the whole water. Keep aside.
  2. Now take oil in pan , add mustard seeds ,when they splutter add chopped onions & green chilli&tomatoes.
  3. Saute well , now add turmeric powder, salt and soaked poha, mix well.add lemon juice & serve.
