Poha is a very popular breakfast, as it is light &filling also.Today i share the recipe of Poha which is spicy & quite colourful too

Preparation time– 15 minutes | Serves – 3
- 2 cup poha
- 2 chopped onions
- 4chopped green chillies
- 3 tomatoes chopped
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp red chilli powder
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/4 TSP turmeric powder
- 1/ 4 tsp mustard seed
- Salt to taste
- Soak poha in water. Drain out the whole water. Keep aside.
- Now take oil in pan , add mustard seeds ,when they splutter add chopped onions & green chilli&tomatoes.
- Saute well , now add turmeric powder, salt and soaked poha, mix well.add lemon juice & serve.
