Atta Papdi Chaat

Papdis are normally made bymaida or all purpose flour,but i have made from atta or whole wheat flour.

Papdis are small mathris,and when we put curd & imli chutney it becomes chaat papdi which is very tasty & relished by all.

Now have a look.

Here goes the recipe


2cups atta whole wheat flour

3 tbsp for moin

Salt to taste

1 tsp ajwain seeds

Oil for deep frying


Mix all ingredients with the flour & knead slightly soft.

Now make small balls & roll out puris. Pierce it wuth fork on both the sides & deep fry them till light brown.

Your papdis are ready. Now crush them in a plate ,put whisked curd with salt &red chilli powder,&imli chutney.
