I know i am posting the recipe of Matar Paneer again,as this dish is prepared differently &the paneer i am using is also homemade.
The spices are different from my previous recipe.
First see how to prepate the paneer at home
Take 2 ltrs of full toned milk. Boil it well ,add 1 tsp tatri or citric acid ,it will immediately make the milk into paneer. Now keep this paneer in a piece of cloth ,Tie it well & place the cloth with paneer beneath something heavy. as gad cyclinder for 20 minutes.Take out the paneer from the cloth .Your homemade paneer is ready.
Now for the dish ,take oil in pan add 2 chopped onions&2 tsp ginger garlic paste. Fry it well ,then add 3 chopped tomatoes,1 tsp red chilli powder,1/2tsp turmeric powder,salt to taste. Fry it wrll add the paneer cut in cubes &1 cup green peas ,Add 2 cups water cook well when the gravy thickens add 1 tsp garam Masala powder & serve hot with chapatis.
