Corn fritters or corn pakoras are made from corn &besan or gram flour. These fritters are enjoyed during rainy season.We love to relish differnt types of fritters eithet with green chutney or tomato ketchup. Let us have a look at these corn frittets i have made.

Method &Ingredients
Peel off the seeds of the corn &boil them.Now take oil in pan add jira ,2 chopped onions&3 chopped chillies ,fry them till golden brown. Add 1tsp red chilli powder ,coriander powder each &salt to taste ,put the boiled corn & mix well.Allow it to cool.
Now add 3 tbsps besan or gramflour mix well &prepare pakoras or frittets by deep frying small balls from the batter. Fry till golden brown. Your Corn Fritters are ready.
