The picture shown above is a vegetable mostly found in Rajasthan known as Kakora. It is green in color& has small small spikes all over. The dry subzi made from it goes well with Dal Chawal.

Now comes the method &recipe
Cut the vegetable in slices. Take oil in a pan. Add jira,heeng&put the cut vegetable&3 chopped green chillies. Put 1 tsp turmeric powder,1tsp red chilli powder, dhania powder respectively. Let it become tender then add amchoor powder.
Now serve hot with Dal Chawal
