You will just love this recipe of mine of Achaari Bhindi.
It is really a scrumptious dish to be enjoyed with tandoori roti & Dal Tadka.
Just have a look at the delicious recipe. Here it is
1kg Bhindi slited
1tsp each spices Red chilli powder, turmeric powder,coriander powder, salt & amchur powder to taste.
Take 2 tsp mustard oil in pan ,add 3chopped onions, saute them add the slited Bhindi with all the spices.Never cook Bhindi covering it. Always keep it open & cook till tender. When done add 2 tsp of pickle Masala & serve hot with Tandoori Roti.
