Methi Matthi with chilli flakes 

Due to festivities I made Matthi with a twist. I added Kasuri methi & Chilli flakes. It really came out very well. This was something unique to my preparation of Matthi. Do try the recipe, your family will also enjoy as my daughter did.Just have a look.

Now have a look at the method & ingredients 

1cup maida/ all purpose flour 

4tbsp oil for moin

3tsp chilli flakes 

4tsp Kasuri methi rubbed well with hands 

Salt to taste 


Mix all the ing& knead a medium soft dough. Make small balls and roll out puris , pierce both sides with the help of fork. Now deep fry them in oil in medium flame till light brown.Make them cool & now you can store them in a tight container.
